Industrial Solutions & Technical Services, Corp. (ISTS, Corp) was established in August 2003 by selected former employees of the I&S Division of Siemens Inc. At that time, the said Division had been adversely affected by the worldwide restructuring of Siemens Inc.

ISTS Corp. initially agreed to serve as a technical support team to Siemens Inc. Its goal was to continuously cater to the service needs of the existing Siemens installations in the utilities and industry sectors. All tools and test instruments owned by the I&S Division of Siemens were turned over to ISTS as part of the agreement.  

Consequently, ISTS, Corp. expanded its operations to serve also other clients in the utilities and industry sectors. Since its establishment in 2003, the company has invested about PhP 16M for additional tools, test instruments and delivery equipment.

To date, after seven (7) years of operation and outstanding performance, ISTS Corp. has gained the trust and confidence of other foreign companies as service partner and technical support.

Presently, ISTS Corp. provides technical and service support to the following companies:

1. Siemens – Products from all over the world
2. Shihlin Electric (Taiwan) – Power Transformers
3. UNISTO (Switzerland) – Security Seals

The outstanding performance of ISTS Corp. is evidenced by its purchase Orders totaling to more than five hundred (500) since its operation.  In the year 2010 alone, the company received 100 Purchase Orders.
